If Laoganma is any indicator, they will never change the logo

Bigger picture, joining organizations like Citizens Utility Board (IL) that fight predatory utility price increases helps keep you informed about rate changes and politics.

Do they live under the same roof according to patriarchal rules? Then they're in the same 堂

How much for the 30' version?

To be fair, Hitler took a lot of inspiration from the USA

There was a good Engineering Explained video about this and why it’s not as insanely inefficient as you would expect:  https://youtu.be/aeMQfA45LN8?is=t2lPFX0RbF90HN5H

Wake up? Is such a thing even possible?

I’ve had really good luck with using nix devenvs to compile ancient software.

I like the black and white, actually. Reminds me of piano keys.

I'm hoping for a Kia PV5 if it ever comes the USA

Fellow Pimsleur Mandarin completionist here. Congratulations! Pimsleur and Mango are my two favorite language learning resources for Mandarin, and Mango in no small part because it's very similar to Pimsleur but with a color coded flashcard component.

Roofline looks pretty complex, out of curiosity where does the water on the left-most garage go to?

If you think about it as a power thing, everything typically makes more sense. Anyone they can exert power over is fair game, and the minorities they hate they inherently view as less powerful. And lots of minorities will compromise for proximity to white supremacy, for better or worse.

It's less that the USA is large and more that its infrastructure has been built to benefit automakers for a very long time, from the urban and suburban sprawl to the highway system to zoning and jaywalking laws.

I stand corrected! Still good to see a new device with user profiles baked in.

faitswulff

Hmm true but not backed by biometrics

faitswulff

I think this is the closest they've ever come to per user profiles on a single (non macos) device

The remote being findable on Find My is the biggest feature to me, and it seems like it's backwards compatible and available for purchase separately.

It took me a long time to realize that a company doing well doesn't mean that it is going to have good returns on the stock market.

I have a Meross that does the same thing for me on CarPlay / Homekit. No regrets

Would love an experience report about using the AI generated rear display widgets!

“Starts” and “helps to popularize” both modify “a new fashion, style, movement, etc.” here. So the meaning when expanded is “starts a new fashion, style, movement, etc. OR helps to popularize a new fashion, style, movement, etc.“

My point being that my comment was using the former - that means the first - definition rather than the latter. Not that it’s “popular.”

Damn, people, learn English. Most of you have no excuse.

trendsetter noun

one that sets a trend : someone or something that starts or helps to popularize a new fashion, style, movement, etc.

Your definition hinges on the latter bolded section, mine on the former. I'm just saying - not arguing. Naming aside, Apple isn't typically on the cutting edge of features, hence not starting. I can see your perspective; do you understand where I'm coming from?
