He goes on walks and goes indoor bowls so it's not vigorous but it will raise his heart rate. He does have quite a low heart rate though so I'm wondering if that's part of the issue

Don't normally chime in on this sub but just wanted to say;

Be kind to yourself, you are worthy of kindness as is anyone.

It's ok to feel bad sometimes but don't let it consume you and I know it's not easy.

That above all else will help out a whole bunch.

Thanks again this is all super useful and really clear, just wondering if i were to go down to 1 parity drive and just have disk 1 and parity 2, will I need to change anything in the array? Would that cause me to use the New Config option?

Or would I just need to mark the parity 2 drive as my parity 1 drive when starting up the pool next?

If I just start the array, will it lead to unraid telling me I need to add a parity 1 drive perpetually?

Recently found out about blood records limited pressings and ended up picking up the gorillaz pressing for Cracker Island. It's limited to 8000 pressings and I thought it was cool that it was all hand numbered. I wasn't planning on making my 1 record this month this album but my friend linked me to it and I had to pick it up.

Do you have a residents association? This was an issue for our building as well and this was raised to them who then raised it with the superior landlord in our case. I may contact you directly with more details if it helps.
