If you're obstructing the flow of traffic and there is a sidewalk, maybe you're in the wrong. City should require them to get a permit or go to one of the larger parks, like the county park or overlook park.

Need a bigger initiative to plant trees and regrow lost canopy. Not saying that's a cure all, but it would help in increasing air quality.

Idk man. A little old lady in California doe sit by herself and her house doesn't burn. She might only be using a low wattage array, maybe 240watt. This isn't meant to replace total home supply, just offset.

I know most setups use a dedicated circuit or a manual transfer switch. If it's low enough power, ~400w you can use a circuit with other items on it, but anything higher than that you need a dedicated circuit or manual transfer switch.
