I didn't go to a dentist at all from ages 18-28 and barely brushed at all. After all that I had like 2 cavities and some gum recession and the decide was shocked and called it genes. Skip a couple years and it seemed like I got 1-2 "kissing" interdental cavities per year. Dentist blamed it on sipping soda/coffee at the new desk job. I blamed it on CPAP. In either case it went away when I did 3 things: stopped rinsing toothpaste, xylimelt in the mouth overnight, prescription grade flouride toothpaste.

Mine said not to bother and now I have 4 bottles from subscription in my vanity and less cavities in the last year than any year prior

People have autonomy. If you hold people down for your benefit you'll just push them to leave sooner. Honestly, the post reads the same as this comment; you have control issues with what she does off the clock because you found someone that benefits you that you can't keep forever. Empower them by giving them ownership and they'll work harder. Try to control them and not only will they notice and leave, but others watching will see there's no benefit to giving you extra effort.

I can't see python even being added to the road map by March like we've been begging in all these migration registration feedback forms for months, much less have the time to port it over in that time. I just took a major promotion at work and a baby on the way so my next 6 months are otherwise occupied without learning a new language and architecture and my communities will pay for it.

If you were typed INTJ but you keep checking the Internet to make sure then you're definitely INTP.

I thought for ten years I was INTJ from some test I paid for in college until I finally came back and started questioning it and began to understand the functions. A test can't simply say if you're P vs J or somewhere between. Understand the functions (Ti, Ne, Si, Fe) and it will make much more sense.
