Yea is possible, I would use the Vietnam Airsoft model and modify that
firewad
https://makerworld.com/models/1623709?appSharePlatform=copy this one doesn’t even need a spring
firewad
this a bot reposting jefe's post

This does motivate me. U did a pretty good job blending the two models together
firewad
I would get the bucking, piston head, hammer set, adjustable trigger and lightweight bolt. The other parts aren’t really necessary and won’t add to performance
firewad
Looks like a hammer spring, but you'll know for sure by disassembling the hammer group
firewad
It looks like your auto sear isn't engaging properly, which is causing this firing issue. First, I'd check that the auto sear spring is installed in the correct orientation. The second thing I also notice is that the blowback is a little weak, which could be contributing to or causing the issue; either your PSI is too low, or the gas mag lips have a poor seal.

Intriguing
firewad
Not currently, I've tried to before, but I gave up, it was too difficult for me
firewad
Usually, the cause of this issue is that there's friction along the BB track. In the Maximus kit, it's usually the hole in the AAP mag where the bbs enter. You can use a deburring tool or a razor blade to round the edges, which should help with feeding.

awesome! Well done finishing the build

yea they're legit, but the shipping takes a while
firewad
Wow that’s clean design work
firewad
Thanks for your support! I haven’t had any failures of the major parts like the slide, frame or grip yet. The only part I’ve found to fail is the barrel if printed in something weak like silk PLA. If youre using PLA+ you should be fine.
firewad
It should be compatible if the gel blaster components are also TM spec. I think you guys have a different inner barrel, nozzle and mags
firewad
You will still need to get the inner barrel, bucking and a nozzle
firewad
You can build it from scratch
firewad
Yea it’ll be tighter tolerances but I find resin too brittle, even the abs or tough resin tends to crack easily
firewad
I haven’t seen anyone’s tried to do it in resin, from what I’ve seen, resin tends to be too brittle for Airsoft stuff, but u never know till u try it
firewad
Yup thats pretty much all the non printed stuff, also screws. Haven’t managed to print screws yet
firewad
I used bambulabs basic PLA, wanted to challenge myself by using basic stuff and no engineered filaments
firewad
Some light sanding around the areas which have supports underneath. It glides pretty smooth after doing that and some lube
firewad
In theory anything’s possible
Contact tapp the might provide u with a replacement part or the file
