Just turn off crossplay and you’ll only be playing against Switch players… I want this one but I’m not giving them £70 for it, especially when they don’t offer cartridge as an option and given I’d pretty much want to buy a whole other SD card just to store MW4 on it. Yeah I used to take my dynavaps out with the wand because they don’t take so long to click and they’re tiny but the Yll and a tempest with reload or case becomes a bit more of a portable vape station than a pocketable session vape haha

You’ll probably be happy I think - most people who get either a TM2 or a Frolic don’t feel let down and they both have their own selling points. S&B have also ruled themselves out for me with the built in battery situation they have going on… my crafty+ is a paperweight now because of this

I have all of the Tempests, love them dearly but the Frolic is my chuck in my pocket/bag and head out vape 100% of the time

They both run perfectly well on Switch now. Your only real tradeoffs are no access to mods outside of what’s included in the anniversary editions and slight graphical downgrade. Settlements work fine in fallout, pillar glitch etc all work for it and it handles large settlements about as well as it ever has on any other platform lol

I dunno about “few exclusives” tbh, the Switch and Switch 2 are both rammed with exclusive games already

Nope, they wouldn’t work - TM2 mouthpieces and adapters work with the Frolic’s direct output adapter. The black plastic WPA for the frolic attaches to the stock Frolic cooling unit

Dosing capsule wise as well, with the Rogue I do remember sometimes finding it hard to get the cap out after a vape, like sometimes it would get stuck in the narrow chamber cause it sits really tight in there anyway so any resin leakage became glue… but the frolic is a shallow, wide oven chamber so the S&B caps just drop right out no problem at all.

Like I say if cleaning is a real issue, get the direct output adapter for the frolic and buy a glass mouthpiece and at that point cleaning it is almost identical to an HR device

Are the Kyogre and Groudon SPs legit or are they reskins? If they’re reskins they look like very good ones! Only game I managed to keep CIB from my childhood hoard is, by some miracle of kindness from the gods, my copy of Emerald, which happens to be the most valuable one lol… I have the carts for the rest, but the sweet sweet boxes fell at the hand of my mother’s spring cleaning I fear

Also Frolic works natively with S&B dosing caps which are easy to use and load and widely available

I have Rogue 2 and Frolic - I would pick the Frolic every day of the week unless the absolute only thing you care about is portability, in which case the Rogue is smaller and more pocketable… but I always have the Frolic in my pocket anyway. Rogue has built in battery that you can’t replace, Frolic has removable 21700 battery that you can easily access and have multiple of. Frolic has better heater. If you get direct output adapter for Frolic you can use it with glass stems like the Rogue so no difference there. Frolic mouthpiece is more faff on to clean than the rogue but imo worth the trade off. Should also note that the air intake port on the bottom of my Rogue has gotten filled up with pocket lint and shit over time and it’s absolutely impossible to clean it out and you can’t disassemble the device to get at it either, so my Rogue is basically redundant now because the airflow is massively impeded by the shit in the holes

Wait for a sale on physical, happens pretty regularly as it’s not a first party game - Black Friday soon for example. Benefit of cartridge other than actually owning the game is that it doesn’t eat up space in console storage or sd card

I also haven’t used my wand since getting YLL… if you’ve already ordered a TS2 you could message MadHeaters and ask for the bundle instead, you’d get money off the Yll that way
