I think it depends on the situation. If you're in a club and a random stranger comes up and tries to join the convo, then yeah, bug off. If you're at, say, a house party and someone wanders over, listens and joins in I think that's perfectly fine cause it's a small setting and you have some sort of mutual acquaintance. Being friendly in that situation is socially normal, icing them out would be considered very rude.

>!It's just her trying to maintain a sense of distance so her feelings don't get revealed to him. Her face wouldn't be able to hide her love if he called her by her name!<

Oh my god, this better than in the manga. The yearning was so intense. I'm loving this adaptation!

Makes me think of this skit lol

Man I'm really hating Ray. He's hot headed, weak, a simp, and doesn't listen. He's going to get more people hurt if he doesn't shape up.

Even though it wasn't explicitly mentioned, that's the impression that I got... that she wasn't channeling her magic properly and Fia using her own showed her body how to do it correctly.

I know that the moment he sees her scar he's going to get so turned on. He'll be like "omg you're just like meeeee"

Not anymore, they changed the rhythm of the song... It's now H, I, J, K, L, M, N... O, P, Q... R, S, T... U, V, W... X, Y, Z.
I will always be team ellomennopee though.

That was some Scream level heroine fake out

When we were buying a new car, the salesman literally crumpled the paper he had been writing on to try and sell us extra loan options of whatever. We kept telling him we just wanted the car and a standard contract with no frills. He got so frustrated we weren't biting he angrily crumpled the paper and tossed it aside on the desk then spent the rest of the transaction grumpy. If we didn't want the car that badly (it was used but basically new), we would have walked out. We're also convinced he sold our info cause for weeks after we got spam callers multiple times a day.

Imagine being so full of loathing and self pity that you would be willing to miss out on a (hopefully) once in a lifetime event for your child. Mom was wrong to cheat but dad needs to get over himself.

Based on her name, I'm thinking she probably has to link with someone and shares their strength or something, making her weak on her own.

I mean, she's right though. If he can't kill daemons then he's essentially useless as a fighter. He's probably better served behind the scenes as a healer or support if he couldn't do it. Though I'm sure we'll find out he's super strong at fighting once he gets over his aversion.

The father snuggling with his son shows how much love is in this family, it's no wonder he wants to care for his parents.

He clearly wanted the winning bucket!

There's an Indian legend of Queen Padmavati where she and the rest of the women in the city self immolated to avoid losing their honor (in life and death) to an invading army. They made a movie about it and the fire scene is quite powerful.

Plus, he'd eventually probably force them into prostitution anyway to make more money. Better to be working at a well renowned brothel than being a common street walker.

When I was doing my library tech program, we were told we wouldn't have more than 1 hour of homework a night. Problem was, each teacher felt they were the only class that day so if you had 5 classes, you'd end up with 5 hours of homework.

Two people at my work got hit in this manner, only instead of a car pulling out it was the person. Both times, they were trying to get across the street to the bus stop. One side let them go but traffic the other way couldn't see them. After the second incident, my work had a bus stop installed at one of the exits to our building to make it safer.

It's called morbid curiosity. As another commenter said, LiveLeak was huge in the 90s. It's where tons of kids watched a beheading, people's dicks being cut off or split in two, etc. But even then, it was taboo and we knew watching it was wrong (though that added to the thrill of sneaking a peek).

I'd be pissed (and maybe a bit scared) that he didn't tell me and now I'm isolated away from the city. The house and land itself is absolutely gorgeous but he intentionally deceived her.

He's a habitual liar that uses his autism as an excuse for his behavior. He grifted money from fans and it would be zero shock to me if this drama was to ensure they get back on the show for more money.

I can attest to that. Went on an exchange when I was in highschool and we were all excited cause we figured we'd be welcomed by the kids there but nope. We got told to learn to speak real french and to not insult their culture with our trash language.
I'm actually very happy Ms. Announcer taking over was a one time thing (well, there is always that clutch 2% for future disasters). One thing that has turned me off of Slime is that Rimuru relies so heavily on Raphael. I want to watch MCs use their own strength, not get through it using ChatGPT.
Also, it was definitely the resentment personality during the fight but the good personality at the end trying to hold in the blast and only letting go once they had escaped.
