Great entrepreneurship means knowing when to walk away or sell a failed business. Than looking at the market and start another one. Failing is a part of it. Being an employee doesn't offer the stability and security it once did and the worst part of it is being on the bus without the ability to steer. Freedom is everything. Even for less money. Nobody wants to sit at a desk numb and waiting to die 8-10 hours a day.

Over complicating things is how consultants like me get paid.🤣 but seriously what worries me is that the token budget is starting to come out of developers salary and bonuses. I'm not too worried about the quality of the work. After all it's what your boss asked for right?

I use AI to edit all of my articles. I never hide it. It doesn't make the article not worth reading and I think it does a better job at conveying my idea across.
galratner

I think the job market already answered that question for you. Try sending your resume around and decide for yourself is software developers are still in demand. You can even send multiple versions: one with 3-5 years of experience, one with 10-12, one with 20. I have a feeling the response will still be the same. Honest answer is go learn a trade and become a small business owner. You will thank me in 20 years.

The value of not paying for an image or getting threatning letters from pic rights because image i thought was free had copyrights. happened before. Generated images minimize legal risks. No one owns the copyrights.
galratner
Ok now I understand. You wont read the article because of the AI image.

I didn't put it there. In fact, I don't see it at all. Reddit is very good at shadow banning which, I suspect is the reason I have no clue what you are talking about. I don't see a banner.
