I was in the same boat. Did you listen to Marvel Wastelanders? Start with Old Man Star-Lord and go from there. There's also an Unbeatable Squirrel Girl audio series. I also know a Batman series and a Sonic the Hedgehog series but those aren't Marvel. You can also try to track down some Marvel GraphicAudio stories.

I boil whole wheat pasta (aldi only has spaghetti so I get other shapes elsewhere) and add a can of aldi tuna in oil, then i add a bit of the pesto jar to it and add some bagged fat free cheese (also from another store).

They had these weird summer pestos but they were worse than these core 2
