Why. Are you asking for people’s experience if you just want to go with what then doctor recommends? Doctor aren’t foolproof. That seems like a very aggressive “taper” for your husband who is already struggling to go through. Everyone is trying to be helpful and most likely have a personal understanding of the withdrawal timeline.

You'll burn yourself out holding yourself to such a high standard. I had thought like that for a long time, and its very stressful. Knowing when media is manipulating you is more important than not watching it at all. There's almost something gratifying to seeing through manipulative media.
