Try a different genre maybe? I’ve been a borderlands series fan since like 2011. It started feeling stale then I found Elden Ring. I also enjoy Mario, Metroid and Zelda games. I’m over 50 and still having a blast.

Yep. I know it’s happening here in Texas. Someone uploaded a video showing it. You’re right. People need to show up to the polls and make sure their selections are what’s being shown. I scanned my ballot so I have no idea if who I voted for is legit.

Yep. I was hoping the same last election. We’re breaking early voting records here in Texas. I just hope that it’s a blue wave so that nothing can be questioned. Even though it will be.

We don’t use airbnbs much anymore unless it’s actually cheaper than a hotel. Some time before Covid, the cleaning fees, other fees and taxes became outrageous.

I remember in 2015 we went to a destination wedding in Connecticut, got an Airbnb right down the street from the hotel everyone was staying at because it was only $45/night. It was a private room in the back of a house and had its own entrance door, etc. we weren’t going to be there long so cheap was fine. We then made a small vacay of it and drove to Boston and stayed at another Airbnb where there were 3 bedrooms that shared a bath and kitchen. Each room had its own lock. $28/night. We stayed at a few other places that cost less than $100. Only taxes and a small cleaning fee were included. Now, it’s like $100+ a day for cleaning, take trash out, was dishes, wash sheets, etc. and you’re still paying more than a nice hotel with a free breakfast.
