Yes!! My favorite is La Roche Posay's spf 100 anthelios milk sunscreen.
It's more of a lotion-like texture and melts into the skin really well.

ghosttguts

if anyone wants to report them with me, the bigger one I've seen is Saulite42

2k+ sales and 500+ reviews??

ghosttguts

I'm definitely open to it, I've heard there are great benefits, too.
How do you go about applying for state jobs? I've tried looking at stuff for my county before but no luck. I'm in FL.

It was a small local bank when I made my first account with them, but now it's a more regional one (Synovus)
So it's also where my checking and savings are.

ghosttguts

It's all on one card but it's with a bank, not a credit card company so I'm not sure if that's different.
My whole credit history is with the same bank, though. I've only used this one and had a card with them the entire time.

I've definitely considered it. I'm a bit of a timid driver so that's why I've been hesitant. My car also needs some repairs so I'm scared to push it.

tbh though I might just suck it up and hope for the best.

That's a fine opinion to have, and one I don't even disagree with. What really irks me is how quick a lot of folks are to scream about "woke" or say she isn't "lore accurate" just bc she's brown. I also think people place too much blame on her and act like she's the one writing Yen's character lmao

ghosttguts

Their character designs are some of the best in the entire franchise imo

I don't think I'm wrong to expect to own something I bought. No matter how long the window is, it's still a yucky thing to do. I just wanted to mess around with a game I bought a long time ago, but don't have the money to buy a new copy of right now.

ghosttguts

Thanks. I really don't get the sentiment folks have about it being such a long time and therefore okay to revoke something I purchased. I don't think it's my fault not to be looking out for or expecting something like that.

ghosttguts

that isn't a very long time in my opinion, especially since I hadn't played at all during that period and wasn't paying attention. Really disappointing to hear.

ghosttguts

Also just finding out both yahoo and outlook delete accounts for inactivity so i can't access my old email addresses anyway lool

ghosttguts

It was only 3, and emails are almost useless with the amount of spam they get.

ghosttguts

I'm glad it helped a little! They really are just animals, and they will choose flight over fight in most situations. Still better not to cuddle up with rattlesnakes but you get me, lol.

ghosttguts

I agree! I just think that portrayal does still matter in a broad sense. A lot of people who fear snakes and resort to killing them on sight is because the way media portrays them. Ultimately though, I didn't expect this post to blow up as much as it did and I was just venting out a small gripe.

ghosttguts

I'm really sorry to hear that, genuinely. I definitely don't mean to say snakes can't be dangerous in some cases, and I also completely understand why a lot of folks are scared of them/ find them triggering. I hope it didn't come off like I was making light of that. I just think it's really important for us to understand snakes as best we can, and presentations like this scare people more than they help. I did really love hearing about the actual snake "actor" though. If anything, I hope that tells people a lot of snakes are harmless, too.

ghosttguts

He actually said the snake used for the scene was very nice and cuddly

ghosttguts

sssss

ghosttguts

I completely understand that. I'm personally trying to become less afraid of roaches as someone who lives down south, but it's very much about the movement for me, too.

We can't always help developing fears, but it's important to be introspective and find more productive ways to interact with them.

ghosttguts

fr they're just animals living their lives. Most snake bites happen when they're stepped on or otherwise threatened. People only feel so strongly because they've been taught to think snakes are more dangerous than they are.

ghosttguts

so you hate waffles

ghosttguts

What? Lots of people kill snakes on sight just for existing in their own habitat bc they're framed to be much more threatening than they actually are.

ghosttguts

Never said it was the main focus. It's just something that bothered me as someone who loves animals. This presentation leads to more people killing snakes.

ghosttguts

Yeah, the actual snake in the coffin wasn't a rattlesnake. It makes enough sense though why they chose to use a non-venomous snake. If they used a real rattle snake and it did happen to bite him, it'd be even worse PR lmao

ghosttguts

It's okay to be afraid of snakes!! We all have our fears, but the best way to counter it is education and understanding. That's the issue I have with their presentation in the show. It's things like this that perpetuate that fear.

Like you said, it isn't wholly unlikely for the bite to have effected him the way it did but it paints a really grizzly picture of snake bites in general, when they aren't lethal a large majority of the time.
