Yep. I also did a LOT of time wasting for my previous conpany. They decided to not give me raises a few times during my tenure so I just started working less. I probably worked 20 hours a week and just wasted the rest on reddit, youtube and ebooks.

They wanted me to work more for less wages and I decided I would not do that.

Fun fact: I often arrived 30 mins late every day and left on time. They never let me know this was an issue because they had nobody to replace me with as I knew ALL the client projects and programming languages. Well, at least until we started doing mobile apps too. If they try to exploit me, I'm going to exploit them in return.

Urggg, I hope they don't drag the "both are in love but the story does everything to make sure they never get together"... The "make sure that the MCs misunderstand each other non-stop" trope is so annoying. I hate it so much.

Both seem to be in love with the other and I really want the story to progress, not stall for another 8 episodes.

But wow, now we know why he wants the love potion so much... Poor princess... Marrying a 60+ fossil at 16... Hopefully he dies before the 2 months are up.

This. I've made it a point whenever I'm driving:

• Do NOT distract me. If I talk, it's all good, but if I ask you to stop talking or stop being loud, you stop.
• Wear your seatbelt before I move an inch. If you don't wear your seatbelt, I'm going to stop on the side of the road. Thankfully, this never was an issue, but I always wait for everyone to be buckled in before I go.
• Do not backseat. If I drive, I don't want anyone to stress me out. I already drive pretty safe, I don't need anyone to scream at me.
• I decide if we stop anywhere. You are welcome to suggest a place, but I might not stop.

If I had a wife/partner, I would definitely never drive with them in my car. I'd tell them to drive themselves if they can't stop. I can't be bothered to deal with backseat drivers.

So yeah, OP, I suggest you tell her to just drive herself (or if you can tolerate her driving, to just get in her car).

No, they sell that information, so they make profit out of it. The super small cost of data is less than what they gain from scanning people's face and spying on everyone around.

There's nothing to stop companies from collecting and selling data... it's too profitable for these disgusting companies.

Conpletely illegal. You are allowed to eat and take breaks. Either you continue and take the mandated breaks you should be allowed to have (and probably get fired because of how shit management is), or just find another job. Whatever you do, always take your lunch and breaks.

I would still report them.

If nobody can take over if you take a break or lunch, then that's the managemen's fault. Maybe they just need to have a meesage on the phone line between noon and noon and a half when the receptionnist is on break. If they don't have that yet, not your problem.

Always take your legal breaks!!!

EDIT: Yes, I know not everywhere has mandatory breaks, but if you have an unpaid lunch, you take it. If you are paid during your lunch, you also take it. Never work for free. If you don't have the time to take your lunch because of X, you take your "break" at the end, but honestly, always take it during your shift. If they cry about it, let them. You'd be better off getting fired than letting them steal your wages/time.

Man, this show is a blast. We all know Ray is going to grow up since he's been quite in the forefront for a while, but wow, he's currently super annoying.

I love how Romey use strategy and command to fight her way. She has no aptitude for fighting, but she's a dang good commander. I just hope we get more details on her Grace skill.

He's a leech that probably frauded money to enrich his pockets. He considers all of it HIS money so he doesn't like having to spend resources to protect his territory. He was happy just being a lazy turd inside walls.

Romelia is undermining his territory and blackmailing him, so he wants her gone. We all know the MC ain't dying though, so he'll probably gets a comeuppance...

Yeah, that's more accurate. I think Fran is more important in the anime, and Shishou in the light novel, but both are pretty equal as a duo MC.

Well, I consider him like a partner. Sure, he's the MC, but I do think Fran does more uplifting in this show than Shishou. That's not a bad thing.

Oh don't get me wrong, I understand why he did it, even more so as a doctor who was trying to find out how to deal with them, but it's kinda chilling when you think that when she came back as a shiki, she was still almost the same as before her death and he ignored her completely. He put the whole town as a priority and ignored her cries.

The scene still reminds me of Ajin, though that one is a completely different scenario.

Damn, this was yet another amazing fight. The animations are superb. This boss was pretty much a cheater, but he didn't expect Stefan to be outside the boss room and remove his infinite mana!

This is totally a power fantasy, but with a cute catgirl as one of the MC. What I like even more is that the people around her always have a place. Yes, the boss is OP, but Jean is also quite OP too, and Fran has almost-infinite heals. She learns, adapts and become stronger each day. Shishou (dad) and Fran (daughter) relationship just makes this wholesome.

Can't wait for next episode, that little cliffhanger is annoying for once lol...

I wonder if she will be the first of her race to evolve... It was mentioned again in the episode and I'm wondering if something will trigger it. That would definitely be a huge power boost I assume.

Anyways, I wonder if the floating island will completely blow up?

Oh yes, we're back at this episode! Kyouko didn't deserve being used as an experiment by the person she loves.

And we can see how evil Megumi really is.

I can definitely say that Kyouko's torture is one of the highlight of this show for me and the one thing I always remembered even after a decade.

Thanks for your reasoning on why you did it like that. It kinda makes sense, though that would make the game more confusing for me. I do think this could work really well in 2-players games, though I see the chaos it can cause with 4-5 players (like I usually play with my group).

Hopefully you get some ideas to improve for the next boards. Part of the fun of making custom things is to improve upon previous designs :P

Is there a special reason why you put the global parameters in a player board instead of a common "game board" to track stuff like Oxygem, Temp, Oceans, etc.?

I feel like this is counter-intuitive as one player could forget to increase theirs and then you get players with different values... I think it would be better with multiple player boards and one middle-of-the-table game board.

But I really dig the idea of having dials and wheels to track stuff. I also particularly dislike the current cube management of TM for values. I love game with cubes, but having cubes on top of cubes makes it a really slow game due to how much time is wasted on cube management.

Honestly, I think the board will be more extensible if you had 3 different values in each resource, considering some resources can accumulate quite a lot, in particular heat toward the end of the game for some builds. I'd have the production tracker, the 10x trackers and the 1x tracker, so that you can go up to 99. I've also seen production sometimes go higher than 14, so maybe having a way to reverse the production like the current amount would be a good idea to go up to ~28 production (which should really be plenty).

Those are only some suggestions, you can ignore them. I just thought it looked really cool but that it could be even better. I wish I had the tools to do this. I assume you did the design by computer and used a machine to cut everything then engraving it onto the wood?

I said you shouldn't be able to own too many properties. That means you can own more properties if you are a big developer that builds 100+ units buildings, but you cannot own 100 individual houses.

For example, you can own two houses, or four 8-units blocks, or a bunch of 48-units buildings etc. Could also regulate even more on the rent prices so that it's better related to the land price and the estimated value of the whole building.

Of course not everyone wants to rent, but that's why there should still be a limit to how much a slumlord can have. Also, regulating rent prices on the building value would help a lot in having terrible rent prices for slum buildings.

I went there during the rainy season. I got lucky and had perfect weather 2 days straight and you could only spot a few dozens of people from the same view, and most of my shots were empty of people since I could just wait for the few people to move out of view.

Worth it if you can plan your trip and can fit the Machu Picchu in one of those few beautiful days. It won't be perfect, since it can depend on the month and other factors, but I had some good days with an acceptable "crowd".

I definitely wouldn't recommend visiting this during the peak seasons, but it's 100% worth it if you go in off-peak season.

Y'a beaucoup de monde qui doivent faire ~30 km/h dans les Pays-Bas en vélo dans un hiver similaire au notre, donc j'vois pas le problème à bien s'habiller et faire 50 km/h pour faire tes commissions ou te rendre à ta job si t'as pas besoin d'aller sur l'autoroute.
