What happens if I'm.banned from shoppers for theft but need to use Canada post?

These shops used to have good deals though, I think that's where the sourness comes in, in today's world I can buy something new and have warenty for like 10% more then used at sally Ann, do I want to give up protections for 10% cash even knowing the moneys going towards charity (anti lgbt charity at that)

I really see no point to shopping there, sometimes some gold gets sold as costume jewley, or silver platters get put on the shelf so you can score good if they make a mistake, but to buy a blender or a pair of jeans, not really worth it

These are just my opinions, I am not a keto coach, or a doctor, or anything that would.make my opinion informed

1) 150g fat a day is low for 120g protein+carb, its not necessarily that the fat is low but the protein and carbs are high, are you lifting weights often or something that would call for more protien?

2) I would not limit red meat, but it's kinda mainstream advice to limit red meat cause heart disease or cancer or what have you, so I'm not shocked to hear this from someone

3) I don't know what MCT oil before meals would do, I keep a bottle in the cupboard and I will take some if I can't eat for some reason, like I have to be out the door in 5 minutes, but it's probably mostly placebo, I'm not sure raising ketones in that way is useful

4) protein will raise blood sugar, I try not to eat after 5pm, some days I crack and eat something low protein high fat around bedtime, but sometimes I dont, not eating after 5pm did wonders for my sleep.apnea before I even started losing weight

5) dairy should be limited in my opinion, its full of hormones that will make you grow, and if you are an adult I don't think you will grow any taller, I eat dairy 1-3 times a week, mostly cheese or sour cream or yogurt or cream cheese

6) no clue about cellulite

I do reccomend higher calories if you are newer to keto while you adapt, once you are adapted and not at risk of relapsing go ahead and lower them if you want

Unfortunately I signed a new contract for a cheap phone 4 months ago so I'm locked In for another 20 months without a huge cancle.fee

Plus I have some grandfathered stuff like a data sim that leches from my phones data plan instead of have its own, I pay $110 a month but I have my phone and a data sim that leech from the same 320gb pool, and now a new pixel pro, I think pixel 9 pro I forget maybe pixel 10 pro

The data sim leeching from the phone data isn't a thing any more, if I cancle it I'll never get it back, anyways in 20 months I will start looking for other plans cause lately plans have been getting better and I might be able to find something comparable elsewhere

The second sim I keep in an old phone at another location that don't have WiFi, I keep that phone broadcasting a hotspot to keep an Alexa and Chromecast working with Netflix and stuff for someone, so I think the rogers price is worth it, maybe I'll start mailing a cheque to pay my bill to protest the fee

I always paid by CC though cause by the 15th when I get my bill I don't usually have any money in my account, so I'll have to start saving the phone bill money

I would switch but I pay $110 for  320gb and 2 sim cards, one regular phone sim and one data sim that leaches from my main account

It looks like all the eacrows are in USA anyways, if you have the money I could take a bank wire transfer according to ai, about $1475 USD would probably get me $2000 after bank conversion fee from USD to cad, so I could ship to escrow, when escrow confirms it works, then wire me the money, just a thought

the law does apply to you if you release your product to california, if you live in the states california could take you to court

well at least you can get lettuce grown hydroponically if such a farm is near you, with the raddish and onion and carrot you have a salad

it does, ubuntu, elementary, and redhat have already started coding solutions for the law, midnightbsd has said thier distro is not available for download in california anymore, and omarchy linux has stated it will not follow retarded laws (lol)
