But, it's just newborn technology, it takes more years to take effects.
Just a few more years, always just a few more years.
graypasser
To be honest, "english only" is extremely common in communities due to multiple problem of language barriers.
graypasser
It's relatively easy for them due to ridiculous money they have though, why do they use same hardware even? or a sensor? or give a network?
Do you think dealing with radiation is impossible and cannot be done because containment cost is pretty high? at least they are trying to do basic stuff "public parrots" can think of, this one is not.
graypasser
It's exactly same with latest frontier paid models, really don't get those narratives.
graypasser
Sadly we haven't reached synthetic society or life yet, they are a little too complex for today.
graypasser
Of course, they are very good when no one reads the output.
graypasser
Current AI is nowhere like that, though? all the outputs are barely usable and requires heavy human tweaking, and no, they aren't improving in this.
graypasser
I don't see much evidence for this, why do people think AGI is around the corner all the time?
We haven't got any better than llm yet.
graypasser
So it was actually a human who gets recursively improved all the time.
graypasser
At least this 100% tells how AI can't solve a problem because if they can bugs will be solved by them.
graypasser
Problem is it's not happening yet and there is zero signs of it happening either, if it is happening, we can declare it is solved, but until then, we can only say it's not doing much.
Biggest problem is the fact some peoples aren't looking at reality and assuming so many problems are solved, when those things only seems solved and doesn't actually give us expected "result", not the convoluted philosophical question.
graypasser
If author decide to delegate a bunch of works to AI, It lacks required reliability to be trustable compared to AI less mods, no one can prove it is actually "fully comparable" so people choose a safer path.
graypasser
great result of repeating propaganda and fearmongering.
graypasser
It didn't, in slightest.
graypasser
You mean like, if a miracle happens, a miracle would happen?
Yeah, if something impossible happens, something impossible would happen. No doubt.
graypasser
A specific concept genegally cannot be enemy, literally every concept has some form of good implemtentation.
LLM is a concept which majority of implementation becomes a bad one due to it's limitation and specification though.
graypasser
He absolutely would, he isn't a person who only uses most optimal method, so even if LLM is sub optimal, there is no reason he can't use it for inspiration or whatever.
graypasser
There is no meaningful difference in a worker and a tool during a specific interaction, either way you input something and you'll get the result, and skill always matter too.
In fact, anything that is not you is just a tool, you'll input something to it and gets the result, if such a thing is used by someone, that constitute as a tool.
And this is exactly why "just a tool" is stupid rhetoric that serves no value, everything can meet the definition of the tools, question is always "what kind of tool is that".
graypasser
You forgot a most important usage, it can be used to mass produce deep fake propaganda/news and run lot of spam bots that cannot be distinguished from stupid human.
graypasser
Technically you can ignore it but whether you want to is another problem.
graypasser
If you don't want to deal with a cesspool that is steam forum.
graypasser
I don't see much difference in using excel and telling a man "please make a sheet".
Whatsoever, AIs are still too stupid to replace the human yet, if you need more manager and verifier than workers itself, what's the point.
graypasser
A worker is just a tool, and of course digital workers are also just a tool, what you mean by "replacement"?
graypasser
fairly good loop, fairly good mobility, and most importantly fairly good recon.
Pretty weird tbh.
