How do you properly measure ingredients for your dough? Looking at a lot of recipes and calculators, I am seeing fractions of grams (eg. 2.6 g for yeast). My kitchen scale must round to the whole number, no decimals.

Update: It seems I can just use the 100-25 in place of the 226E-35. I found a rebuilt and tested one of those on ebay.

Nope, it used to go both directions. It will still randomly do so, usually getting stuck in reverse these days.

The two wires sticking up are the smoke unit and the light. I am not seeing any other loose wires.

I can't find a 226E-35 e unit saying rebuilt and tested, that would be the best solution. Seems like it's a waste to spend $75 for the e unit jig for a one off. I will see if I can get it done without one.

Not it's final form, and I am definetly not putting any cabinet makers out of business soon.
