or even a short story
There's two of them already, actually. A prequel story, and an epilogue story for Ordinal Scale.

The problem is that the guy who did Phantom Bullet and Alicization was infamous for his slow pace (only one chapter every two months) and hiatuses, which is one of the reasons Alicization got rushed to cancellation. So, while the art was definitely good, the artist isn't the best choice for manga you don't want to end up being rush jobs. The Ordinal Scale manga artist would have been a solid choice, however.

"-bou" is the boy equivalent of "-chan". Just that it's rarely used, because boys don't appreciate being cutified.

キー坊 and not キリ坊?
Yes. No instances of キリ坊 anywhere. So, if you see Kiri-boy, then it's a translation thing. And as far as I know, the translator for all of Yen Press's SAO releases is Stephen Paul. So, the same translator is just inconsistent with his own translations.
gsimenas
I just checked the Japanese version - all キー坊 even in V22 and V23. So, she doesn't actually change anything. Still same old nickname.

Newer material confirmed that Field Bosses do respawn over time. Not stated how fast though. Older material didn't mention specifically whether they respawned or not, but based on the phrasing used, it was assumed that they wouldn't respawn. An editor noticed new material and added it to the article, but didn't notice the old sentence in a different paragraph, so it was left unfixed.
I revised the article to reflect our latest knowledge.
P.S. Reposted because Reddit decided to log me into some junk account...

So, busy real life schedule and COVID are considered behind-the-scenes drama now? I would love to post more translations, but I just don't have as much free time as I used to.
gsimenas
It's only available for sale in Japanese.

The first chapters were translated by Tap. I didn't bother retranslating those. I only translated the ones that Tap never got around to.
gsimenas
I rarely do, to be honest. I've stopped frequenting this site ever since it became a mostly-image-board and all the drama around that fact. Nowadays I only remember to post my stuff here when someone reminds me to do so.
gsimenas
No, it's a reboot of the anime's first season, first arc with extra content.

For the record, most of the Integrity Knights voluntarily got Deep Frozen at the end of the age.
Also, not sure why windows need to find a new love...

If you'd like to see a translation of the story, feel free to send me the raws (readable pics of the text, or better yet - scans of the pages) and I'll translate it for the whole community.
gsimenas
No, it doesn't. Most of the stories are just parodies. Just because it is officially released does not mean it's compatible with canon. A few of the stories are actually serious but still don't fit in the timeline of actually canon events.
gsimenas
This is actually the black version of the gun (there's two models of it with different bonuses), so it should actually come with "Pitohui, Elsa, and a Fine Day for Handguns". Either way, I would be more than interested in translating it, if I get the raws for it.
gsimenas
The comic anthologies aren't actually canon. They're basically fan-made doujinshi that got supported by the official license holder.
gsimenas
Then there is the unnamed Coat he wears in The Blackswordsman and Murder Case in the Area.
That one is actually named in a tweet by the author as the "Pale Rider's Jacket"
gsimenas
Actually, officially War of Underworld is labeled as the "2nd season" of the Alicization project (the Alicization anime official site https://sao-alicization.net/1st/ links War of Underworld as "2nd season"). If you treat Alicization as "season 3", then War of Underworld is season (=part) 2 of season 3.
gsimenas
Project Alicization has an official translation by Yen Press. Lycoris, on the other hand, has yet to be licensed, so only fan translations are available.
gsimenas
Well, with Project Alicization, the issue was very simple: 6 light novel volumes of content solely for the first half of the arc... while the manga releases were, for a long time, bimonthly. So, it didn't take long for the anime to surpass the manga. That's when the manga artist decided to pick up the pace... by rushing the story to death. In the end, you got an even poorer adaptation of the light novel story than even the anime... and the anime wasn't all that great of an adaptation for starters. The art was decent, but if you're basically better off just watching the anime to understand the plot... then it's understandable why everyone loses interest in it.
gsimenas
He's actually rushing both Alicization and Phantom Bullet, so it's actually more likely that he's got something else he wants to work on and is trying to wrap up his SAO obligations ASAP.
gsimenas
Lycoris has already ended. It only adapted the first two arcs of the game (the anime part and the southern empire part), with some brief teasers for future events.
PA is ending next chapter... while the latest chapter just finished rushing through volume 13. So, one single chapter is allocated for the entirety of volume 14.
All aphids, including your pets (active or not), occasionally shit honeydew next to clovers. Just place their house in the middle of a clover field. And maybe enclose it with walls so the aphid pet doesn't wander off.
