This is a Vaccine side effects reporting website. We are gathering data about side effects of different vaccines. please contribute to the cause and help us report side effects of different vaccines. Simultaneously we are crawling twitter and saving the side effects from that as well (igotvaccinated.ainfo.io)

I am a data engineer and I have got a same task to come up with a storage solution for whole genome sequence. I have been doing r&d on it. I have found couple of solution but still searching. I think for your case you machado. basically machado is an interface which is implemented in django that interacts with chado database. I am stuck at loading a 100gb vcf file into a database. Still searching for solution to store large files at a scalable level. database of chado database ps : If anyone on this community has any other solution please share.

Those are called feminazis

hahaha yeah that's why we have made this website. To encourage people in taking the vaccine and showing them that side-effects are mild and temporary just like normal flu shots.

it can be used for statistics. One can see how an outbreak spreads at a particular place. We can relate no. of contacts detected to no. of cases found in that area. I made a project for mask detection/tracking and generating a R0 for a place. If we combine both of the projects we can even do contact tracing. Mask-AI

Yes!! took 10 hours to train it in colab

we have deployed this on the web. https://mask-ai.ainfo.io/

video is processed at 4 fps so please have patience plus. We did not have much expertise in web development so there might be some bugs like captcha expiring but the video will be processed so have patience and for starters upload small videos. On Images you get the result instantly

and also implemented mask tracking in order to get an accurate count

guff17

wow!!! that's amazing

Stop spamming this thread!!!

same problem

I created a Yolo model for mask detection with deepsort on custom dataset. It works fine for face tracking but it doesn't solve the problem of multiple occlusions. Your approach is state of the art. Would be implementing your approach soon but the problem is you haven't provide much documentation on this. btw thanks

According to this most of the people in US made love/conceived during winters. I wonder why?

Does anyone has any idea about the credibility of the Russian institution which successfully conducted phase 3 trial.

Idk whether it's the Indian media or what but this news is more prevalent in India than it might be in Russia.

I want to do segmentation on MRI, CT brain scans. Problem is former techniques used are not universal they work on same slice of image.I want to develop a technique which would be universal for all images. I tried few things using laplacian and hierarchical learning techniques but it did not separate skull and brain tissues. Problem is skull and brain have almost similar intensities. If any one of you have any idea how to approach this problem please help!. Wasn't able to post sorry for posting the question here.
