A clearer video that closely matches the alleged alien clip actually appears to be 2 to 3 people, likely police officers, walking together between the squad cars and an area near the mall.

Mixed in with alleged footage of the alien were videos of people running in panic from the area, with some users conflating the clips with locals running from the creature.

Miami Police Department confirmed on Monday it received a call of shots fired and eventually concluded the reported sounds came from the fireworks, according to a post on X.

The amount of land used purely for livestock (livestock farming, agriculture for livestock etc) is the size of both Americas.

The amount of emissions from livestock dwarf practically all other food sources.

The farm land used specifically for livestock is about 55% of the worlds farmland, which includes landscaping which kills small animals and leads to deforestation - speaking of which, the main reason for South American deforestation is livestock soybean production.

If everyone went vegan, even with current farm use, the land used would be about a third of the current farm, and emmisions a lot less.

We cannot reach our emissions goal without people reducing their intake of beef, lamb and pork.

All that is why 'tilling land destroys habitats' is not a gotcha. Although I do believe in sustainable agriculture, the meat industry is one of the least sustainable industries in existance.
