People with names like "SpeakerOfTruth" or some other dumb narcissistic name just tend to be the "brutally honest" type who just like saying unnecessary shit. To be fair, even stupid Facebook comments get likes. Plus I always view the worst comments on every thread (because I'm stupid and hate myself) and while it's bad, it's not as bad as Facebook. Plus I think the worst of reddit has gotten worse as it's become more popular.

You don't seem to understand the whole "burden of proof" thing. If you claim something as retarded as that, it's your burden to prove that it's correct. It's not everyone else's job to disprove ridiculous claims.

Because there's a lot of incredibly stupid people on Facebook. People like to pretend that reddit is the worst thing ever, but those people have been spoiled by reddit's community. Facebook and other really popular sites (even something like Yahoo!) truly have the stupidest people on the planet on them.

With Star Wars fans, you often hear that "TFA was the worst movie ever made." With fans of movies in general, you'll hear that it was just a fine movie, nothing special, nothing particularly bad. Reverse that with Rogue One. Star Wars fans might think it's a great movie that was infinitely better than TFA, and movie fans (including people who just like Star Wars) think it was mediocre or okay.

Definitely not just a coincidence. From my experience it's the same with Facebook. Even with websites like Yahoo. My guess is just that the most popular websites attract everyone, but in the general population the people who are the loudest might be the stupidest. Also maybe coupled with the fact that when given anonymity (to the extent of not having face-to-face conversation) people are more willing to say stupid shit.

Probably not. These games tell you exactly what you need to do in order to be successful. It's not that easy in real life. It's up to your own judgment (as well as that of your employers) when making decisions, and even then it's not easy to see if a decision you made was the right one.
