Thanks, I booked with her. I usually go to Jessica, turns out she didn't leave, they just switched systems, so it looked like no one was available in the old system.

Check out jobs at the airport. Most likely DGS, the folks who work United, are hiring as they have had a ton of turnover. Best part is that you get free flights.

Looking for a gym buddy at Princeton Club (ideally west). 31 F availability is best on W, Th, F, before and after work and weekend evenings. Currently doing Strong Curves BB, on week 8.

That seems to be the prevailing choice. Thanks for the recommendation. I have ordered it for her.

China Kitchen is closed.

Oh how exciting, I'm glad it worked out for you. Mine usually get softer with washing, hopefully the same is true for you.
I just took my new one on it's first trip this weekend, and it was perfect.

It is light weight and the perfect size. I haven't washed it enough to maximize absorbency yet, so it is still a bit rough.

Seems more like a post for /r/onebag

That gray one is nice. I also have a tie dye sarong that sometimes travels with me. It looks really bad ass with an all black outfit.

Did't mean to suggest you were advocating that. I just suck at words.

That might calm him down, or it might freak him out. My husband's mind is a confusing place. Also, I want to be pretty real with him, not trying to trick him into this.
htric
Good call, I'll try that. I'm pretty sure he thinks my FW is any time I am not on my period. But he has a general idea about my cycle because we did NFP before this.

Avoiding the entire act specifically during the fertile window. I have tried asking what he is anxious about but I'm not getting much of a reply. I know from experience that pressing further will make things worse, and that my best bet is to wait it out, but with TTC, there is only so big of a window for waiting, and I feel like we may have to start from scratch next cycle.
He is talking to a close friend who has similar anxieties (generally, not specific to TTC) but also has kids. It is taking a lot of willpower for me not to eavesdrop on that convo. I don't suspect a therapist will ever be within his comfort zone.

I'm new here. Just getting started with the whole TTC thing. Is anyone else struggling with a SO who is having anxiety about everything and is avoiding the baby dance? This is just his nature and it happens for less important things like applying for a new job. I want to be reassuring and not pressure him into anything but, ugh. I am holding back my excitement as best I can, so he doesn't freak out. Any suggestions on how to ease his anxiety?

Both have 2 kids in a 1 BR. My SIL also has 2 in a 1 BR with custom toddler sized bunk beds. She is planning to TTC #3 this summer. She is my inspiration.

Agreed, but I feel like I have a grasp on that point. Right now, as I prepare to embark on the whole parenting thing, my biggest concern is actual space. I live in a one bedroom, and I'm hoping not to move at least for another year. There are several blogs on the subject, but I haven't found many books.

For anyone else who doesn't know the bridges by their numbers, this is the Andy Warhol Bridge.

I look forward to other replies you get.
I've read Simplicity Parenting. It was very good, but focused more on not overwhelming kids with activities, more than a tangible minimalism, if that makes sense. But it did cover having too many toys and such.

I keep telling myself I am going to do this, but never do the necessary prep work the day before. 9.4 miles is intense. I have a 4.5 mile commute, so it seems quite doable for me. Did you carry a bag?
htric
Congrats!!! I feel your pain. My husband and I have been ready at different times for the past year. We finally are on the same page, and the trying starts tonight. I am also dying to tell someone, AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!

If you take it out when you get to your seat, this will not count as a second item. But do it swiftly so you don't hold up others.

I am not quite sure what you define as "bigger" but you can find a nice sized 1 bedroom apartment in most of the buildings on Sheboygan Ave for under $1,000. Its about 15 minutes by car or 25 by bike to Middleton from there and there are a plethora of buses that head towards town. There are buses towards Middleton as well, but they go on University, and are less frequent.
Here's a map that the Madison Bikes community has been updating with bike path conditions if you are interested.

There is also a lot of good conversation going on in the Madison Bikes facebook group.
