That’s funny… I played the first half of mortal Shell 2 at launch, liked it, but ended up just craving FromSoft game. I replayed dark souls 2 and am now deep into another play thru of Elden ring. I’ll go back and finish Mortal Shell, but it’s not quite got what FS gives

Super precise! I’d just recommend adding a backer piece, doesn’t have to be full height, but enough to provide some shear strength. Once you load this up with books, if it tilts left or right it’s going to stress those pocket screws a lot.

I generally agree with your point that eredrims various skills and intended weapons lack synergy. I'd like to see some sort of tweaks.

I'll say that one low-level (level 20) build that's working well for me is to max whatver his first skill is to level 4, which makes Eredrims's skills free to use for 8 seconds after a riposte execution. Ethereal Diapason is a great crowd control tool - start combat by weakening one enemy, riposte execute them, then hit Diapason to stun everyone (assuming youre in a crowd of low-medium health enemies). In a lot of situations, you can trigger an endless string of ripostes and Diapason uses this way, eliminating the entire crowd. I personally find this the best way to deal with hordes of obnoxious enemies like the little rock block crab fuckers. Riposte > harden when they all attack > diapason stunlock them > riposte > Repeat.

I'm almost positive I was scammed by this website, too. I saw their standard xbox controllers were $9 instead of $29. I thought it was strange, but guessed that 8bitdo wanted to liquidate their old inventory since they're releasing new generations of controllers this year. I entered my credit card and hit purchase, but got an error. I tried again with another card - same error. I assumed the site was undergoing maintenance or having an issue, closed the tab and forgot about it.

2 days ago, I got 16 $100 withdrawals from one of the cards I entered. I informed my bank and they've cancelled my card and are investigating for fraud. I also cancelled the other card I entered.
The fraud website is a convicing fake because it's a replicant of the entire 8bitdo shop, with most of the same products. There is a warning at the top of the real 8bitdo shop now, so it seems like they're aware of the issue.

I did this loop once and it was nice and cool while the mainland was hot as hell. My only suggestion is to take another hour or two to go to cape flattery in the NW corner.
