First tech told me to replace the fridge, Sydney came afterwards and fixed it in an hour or so and it’s still going strong a couple of years later!

I will echo that the most important thing is to look at your team composition, for example, if it’s hot zone and both of my partners pick any brawler then I pick tick

Calvin Mills is the best physio I have ever been to, cannot recommend him enough. He works out of a few clinics.

Just so we are clear, you think Doug Ford should start decreasing spending in Ontario by cutting Carney’s salary and his “food/travel salary”?
How much, specifically, do you think the province of Ontario is paying Carney?

Obviously needs a recap

Yes - water coming in from ground level or below (flooding, sewer backup, etc)

Check the individual endorsements - we had this and it was overland water jumping 300%

I cannot recommend Good Air ventilation systems enough - I had something like 8 quotes when we were having issues and they were the only ones who really listened to the issues I was having with my existing system and made me feel like they were actually going to solve those problems.
We installed a Fujitsu AOUH36 and it has been amazing.

I used NEXTDns. Configurable ad blocking and the ability to set blocklists per client so my kids can’t access certain content

I would love to test this out. I have been using trackballs for years (currently using an m570) and have been finding it lacking.
Somewhere in the $60 ballpark seems like a fair price.
I am most excited for a highly configurable mouse - the lack of customization and the terrible software experience are what I dislike most about my current trackball. Removing the dedicated drag scroll is a great move and I love how quickly you responded to that user feedback!!

Propeller is too loud for a toddler IMO unless you have the earmuffs
Chocolate lake is good because it’s usually pretty empty, but there is nothing for a toddler to do during your gaming session
Chocolate lake has Pokemon pinball too, which is rad.

If this is about funding roads, they should just move the gas tax to tires

If I have learned anything about CRT repair from this sub, you should recap.

I am not sure why federal labour law doesn’t mandate “if you require your employees to be at a certain place at a certain time, you have to pay them”
Like, “be at your desk an hour before the meeting. You aren’t paid til the meeting starts. The meeting will frequently be delayed. You will not be paid during delays”.
lol no.

If they raise your price by $5 and you file a CCTS complaint, the minimum it costs them is 20 months of that increase. That’s a bad ROI, at least, for your increase. Great spite move.

Basically you need to trick Bell into thinking that your GPON is their modem. You do this by spoofing the mac address, so when the request goes out for an IP address, it includes the mac address of the router.
The only major difference in the process versus the typical process is that we don't use PPPOE, while non-Aliant Bell does.
These were my notes from doing my own migration, assuming you buy a GPON from Alibaba that comes pre-flashed with the 8311 firmware and that your model is already setup using XGS-PON - for the latter, there are instructions online.
- Plug XGS-PON into SFP port that is connected to the network without fibre plugged in
- Manually set IP address on your computer to 192.168.11.2
- Open browser and go to 192.168.11.1
- Click login (username is root, there is no password initially)
- Click on System -> Administration and set a password
- Click on 8311 -> Configuration
- Set PON Serial Number (ONT ID) using the Serial No on the back of the Gigahub
- Set Equipment ID to 5697
- Set Hardware Version to Fast5697Bell
- Check Sync Circuit Pack Version
- Change MIB File dropdown to /etc/mibs/prx300_1V_bell.ini
- Set IP Host Mac Address to the MAC from the back of the Gigahub
- Click save
- Click on ISP Fixes (tab at the top of the 8311 configuration)
- Set Fix VLANs to Enabled
- Click Save
- Click on System -> Reboot
- Wait a few minutes
- Login again
- Unplug Network cable from Gigahub, then Power
- Setup router with spoofed MAC and DHCP Client on WAN
- Unplug the fibre cable (being very, very careful not to look at it)
- Plug fibre into PON
- Click on Status -> Overview
- Under PON Status you should see something like:
- PON Mode XGS-PON
- PON PLOAM Status O5.1, Associated state
- RX Power / TX Power / TX Bias -15.56 dBm / 7.06 dBm / 11.74 mA
- Click on 8311 -> Vlan Tables
- You should see a bunch of stuff like Extended VLAN table 3585...
- Things should just work now, if not, reboot the PON first, and then reboot the router

Are you in Hali? I did this recently and I can give you the step by step. It is mildly technical but once it’s done it should be a set-it-and-forget-it thing and you can just use your own router.
