11:11 - Never played a Yakuza game before, but generally I prefer real time combat as opposed to turn based. The funniest scene I saw from YouTube was when Kiryu gets a pet chicken after winning a bowling tournament.

I don't know about Lord of the Rings other than some of the games, I played but skipped the cutscenes, and that Gimli is a dawrf. So the following will be conjecture on my part.

Gimi would be at first bewildered by this development, but overtime would get used to it especially as he meets other dwarfs especially their drinking culture. I would imagine he would a great melee fighter since in one of the Lord of the Rings games I played, he mained a relative big axe. I don't know if he would take a pistol as a backup though.
