I had never heard of the show, but I loved the movie. It was so tight. The disbelief that they had travelled back in time was so quick and they both kinda accepted the reality as soon as they saw what was going on, which I loved. The murder part played out so fast and was so funny. It's like they made a first pass of the movie and cut out every scene that I personally would have found boring

The scourge virus is the biggest Chekov's gun the show has. My theory (and this is just a theory, I promise I don't know what happens in the comic) is that the Scourge virus is going to be end game at the very end of the show. I'm predicting that the Viltrumites taking over earth is going to be the new status quo for the remainder of the series until this
