You maybe able to get finance from a second hand shop if you have a work permit. Otherwise find a Thai person who trusts you.

Just get a good lawyer and tell them you want it all done legally including transferring the company to the Thai national as sole shareholder. There maybe extra costs in them then transferring from the company to themselves , additional transfer fee again.
