I don't agree with this new ID stuff but at the same I really don't care all too much. People on the internet obsess over the stupidest shit nobody cares about, I think a few examples are not understanding why movies like the new Lilo and Stitch and Moana did so well because it turns out famillies don't care if it's a cashgrab because it's a cute movie to take the familly out too, Steam not letting weird hentai incest and rape games on their platform anymore(Something that if you polled the population about, only Libertarians and Porn addicts would disagree with), Freaking out about celebrities being associated with Israel in any way, Reddit API changes, Discord moderately changing their logo, and those are just the ones I can remember just off the top of my head

Just last week I saw full grown adults complaining that kids on Roblox were dressing in old styles because they weren't authentic, like dude you're 23 years old.

Also if you look through the comments you can see all of the people disagreeing with me are very clearly very young or think they're disciples of Lenin and thinking they're launching a revolution and that I'm a payed shill, but sadly nobody is paying me to ragebait Redditors

Me too, I use Twitter and Instagram more than I'd like to admit and I've heard nothing about this outside of here, not even on other subreddits I've heard anything about this

Know person who wants their content to be seen more than a few thousand people would ever consider using anything other than Youtube, unless you do short form content that can go on Instagram/Tiktok, you're kinda fucked if you decide to use anything other than Youtube

All major Youtube sponsorships are useless shit products. NordVPN is just a regular VPN that you have to pay for. SkillShare is paid Youtube. Manscaped are an overpriced and glorified razor blade and shaving cream, Nebula is a paid and worse version of Spotify, and remember LootCrate, which was just a bunch of random HotTopic products bundled into a box

Online isn’t real life, it’s like most memes, everybody on reddit has heard of it, bring it up to someone in real life and they’ll have no idea what you’re talking about
