Finally, we have produced the slop producer machine from the famous science fiction novel *Don't create the slop producer machine*

Please, when confident and wrong to this degree, avoid using "pal".

OP if I could give one bit of advice it is read one page about the CPI. It is NOT politically manipulated. The CSO IS independent and neutral.

Why would a shell script written by an AI get bored
jmmcd
It really shouldn't need to be in the mid way point. Canada S3 seems to show we can play with the formula to avoid these giveaways (no spoilers please I am only 4 episodes in).
jmmcd
It's sad but obviously we were not seeing all the conversations. Anna was not clued-in but Pete, Ian and Diego were only trying to get to the end as they knew the faithful would win then.
jmmcd
Siobhán is generously showcasing some designers but she hates the stupid clothes.
jmmcd
I don't think that made a difference. I think Diego just remembered the murder in plain sight and pretended not to remember.

If I was Pauric, I would not be too bothered about people finding Kayleigh's comments funny. He knows that finding that funny doesn't mean the whole country hates him the way Kayleigh love/hates him.
If I was Pete, or to a much lesser extent Pauric, I would be pretty bothered about how ... welll.. sexist I sometimes seem on screen.
jmmcd
I almost believe this and really want it to be true. "If he was my boyfriend.." she said.
Or even better - they are exes.
jmmcd
There's no way they think Pauric is a faithful, after Janet. There was no other theory about Janet's murder - no-one kissed her or gave her a drink or anything.
However, I suppose it's possible they just forgot. \#FaithfulLogic

Classic Kayleigh

Minor improvements is really not what I am seeing.

What a low bar! It's the same when I catch 9 students cheating in their homework. I give the last honest student a little bump.
jmmcd
The way Anna reacted to DJ's final comment - he couldn't have murdered Janet - "that's a weird thing to bring up" - is either brilliant acting, or she is among the most blind faithfuls we have seen yet.
jmmcd
I agree and I think it undercuts arguments elsewhere in the thread to the effect that no-one actually does it.
jmmcd
I insist they are still better than the faithful in a certain famous season involving a cowboy hat!
jmmcd
Has anyone seen the little slam on the desk Ian does when they accidentally banish a faithful?
jmmcd
Can you make a car out of car parts? NO
Can you make 2+2=4? ALSO NO

Good points but you're arguing why the strategy doesn't make sense - when I thought the consensus was that faithfuls do actually use it. I mean, your disagreement is with them not me :-)
But to engage more directly, does it have to be a bloc? A single faithful who feels secure could pursue the strategy to advantage.
jmmcd
I can't see Anna in this group, but if so her acting is incredibly good.
jmmcd
The strategy is to keep them in til near the end when they can be banished without new recruitment following.
You're right that hoping to be recruited is a good reason to catch traitors though.

It's crap tv if they know, but the producers either edit it out or stop them saying it in the straight-to-camera. Then it just looks like stupid faithfuls, or inexplicable inconsistency, and we are left a bit stranded as viewers. Agree on your other points though.
Ironically, Aran sweaters are supposed to encode the persons name (in case of drowning?) so she actually would've been justified in trying to guess his name from his clothes. At least, I think that is ironic.
