I don't think so. The title provided by Fox 2 is inaccurate, probably at the behest of the ATF itself. You see "Armed Person" exit the residence and after a quick bout of hurling verbal abuse at the ATF Agents, He pulls his firearm out and attempts to get back into the home. Now who would the ATF encounter when approaching a private residence? A robber? A peeping Tom? Maybe a prowling rapist? Nope. They would be there for the person who lives there.
