Definitely I can see the difference! At least now invites are gone and NFC is back there are less sticks to be hit with.

Personally it's all about that software and how we see that improvement in updates (less bug fixes and more new features ;))

Definitely agree with the LTE bands situation. Without band 20 you are really limited in the EU for LTE and the US version doesn't have this

How's battery life on the OnePlus 2 on Marshmallow. Feeling any improvements with Doze and other optimisations?

Pretty sure (just my guesstimate) it's because at the time of development for OxygenOS 2 for the OnePlus 2 there was no official Android Fingerprint API so the OnePlus team probably had to create or licence one, it's probably pretty hacked together/a commercial property which and therefore not something that would be releasable to the development community or even if they did it might not have worked.

My hope is that with the Marshmallow (OxygenOS 3.0?) release we see device trees and kernel sources released with the OTAs

What's the one feature you wish you could have included in the OnePlus 2 (be it software or hardware) but couldn't for logistical or time limitations?
