Hello Atty! Just an update, I talked to my neighbor and lalagyan nila ng vertical slats yung side na facing my property.

Bali magiging terrace yung nasa front and back na opening. And yung sides na facing my property will have vertical slats. From my understanding, hindi padin ito pwde tama po? Dapat fully closed yung wall kahit terrace yung nasa front nila and nasa back.

Got mixed comments about this. Most advised that any opening is not allowed when its on the property line and no setback. But will talk to the owner/contractor soon.

Got it. Clarify ko lang po. Basically kapag firewall and wlang window, pwde naman sya isagad na nakadikit sa fence ko kahit walang 2 meters gap. Tama po?
