No, it's dumb. The Almighty referes to a specific power, not that Yhwach can do anything. That's why changes in dub are retarded and out of canon.

Translated from Polish interview with Paweł Sasko:
If you had to pick one thing about Phantom Liberty that you're most proud of, what would it be?
Paweł Sasko: I am most proud of our espionage history. It's something fresh, different, done in a new way. We have never told such a story. I am very pleased with how it turned out. I mean here not only the main plot, but also side quests, also focusing on spy vibes.
Being a spy or an agent, however, can be very different. We play with the form and approach it in different ways. Phantom Liberty is a bit of Ocean's Eleven, a bit of Bond, a bit of Bridge of Spies. Various shades that we mix. I am very pleased with the final result.

Although not for Android, I immediately thought about a simple PC hexagon game with Angels vs. NERV that was amazing back in the days.
Unfortunately I am not able to run it on modern system - maybe it requires 32-bit OS or some flash plugin. Either way if someone wants to try and hack it, here is the link:
Let me know if someone handled the issue - I would gladly try it again.
