Does that make a difference in leaf size? Does a moss pole provide nutrients or something else a 2X4 wouldn’t? (other than support of course)

I get clogs very easily and have had mastitis twice. What helps me keep it at bay is sunflower lecithin. I take one daily but if I have a clog I take 2 or 3

Only about 1 hr. It's a very short surgery. Overall I will probably miss 1 or 2 feedings. Then whatever the anesthesiologist tells me I need to pump and dump (if he even says I have to)
