My due date is usually the 1st of the month. Perhaps she misspoke on the phone? I didn't do the math in my head until just now.
When I check my September statement it says 8/5-9/4. October statement says 9/5-10/4. So perhaps that is where she got the 24 days from? I have no idea how to check the migration date.
Yes, I definitely need to be better about checking my personal email. I usually just search for specific emails when I need to find them. I heard about Capital One buying Discover but I naively thought I could continue to use the Discover app without issues. Today is the first time I have checked the app and it would not let me login. The last time I checked the app was sometime in September and it worked fine.

The woman I talked to on the phone wasn't sure why my autopay wasn't active for October like it was in September, but she was very helpful and turned it back on for me for November after confirming the payment I made today went through fine.

It may have been supposed to, but it did not. If the autopay had migrated, it would not have been past due. I installed the Capital One app today.
