Running, when done improperly, might lead to serious injuries especially when you become addicted to it by increasing the time spent on the hobby. Running is far from being harmless to the body. The occasional jogging is ok though.

Working from home two days of the week and having a partner who doesn't work normal hours helps tremendously. Finding time for our little "rendezvous" isn't an issue. But clearly stating your needs, expectations and working through any miscommunication is the main goal before anything. Lotsa talk to make sure everyone is on the same page otherwise it's bound to fail.

Went to see a sleep doctor, was monitored for a whole night at the hospital to diagnose the problem. My legs were moving 40 times an hour (sweeping the bed like I was trying to make an angel in the snow like). Then I went to a neurologist, and now I take pramipexole. I soothes the symptoms so I sleep better.

Did you get that information out of a doctor? 'cause that's not what's advised to take when being treated for this disease.

Afterwards, you must, again, prospect the market to buy a solution or a software that does the exact same job. Problem is, you can't choose by yourself. There are rules to determine who's the winner. So, every four years public administration spends a ton of money to acquire solutions and software (and train their employees) for the sake of always trying to find the "best suited solution/software".

Tu y as droit mais la direction peut invoquer une difficulté à faire tourner la boutique sans ta présence. Je ferais les choses en règle : demain matin prends contact avec ton employeur et vois si une solution peut être trouvée pour ne pas manquer ton cours de demain soir (quitte à commencer plus tard ?) et préviens le de ton intention de déposer ta demande de congé éducation (vérifie auprès des RH à qui tu dois déposer formellement les documents si tu ne le sais pas encore). Si ton boss ne veut rien savoir, deux options : va travailler ou bien dépose un congé. Sans l'accord de ton employeur, ne pas te présenter à ton lieu de travail t'expose à des sanctions. Et discute aussi avec ton employeur de la possibilité de concilier tes horaires de cours et de travail. Il vaut mieux rater un à deux jours de cours plutôt que de se mettre définitivement à dos ton boss. Bon courage.

Est-ce que tu as le droit d'aller à tes cours, sans avoir déposer formellement ta demande de congé éducation : non. Tu dois obtenir un accord de principe au préalable. Avoir des papiers de demande en mains ne garantit en rien ton droit à faire valoir un droit qui n'existe pas encore. Remets tes papiers le plus vite possible, et surtout arrange toi avec ton employeur avant de te mettre à défaut en imaginant que tes cours sont la priorité sur tes obligations de travail. Dans le pire des cas, tu peux éventuellement remettre un jour de congé pour t'absenter.
