I am getting these too. What the fuck Zendesk, again?

labtec901

The book you'll write in 10-15yr will be great though.

The government should be focusing on the aspects of spaceflight which don't come with a profit motive. Science and bleeding-edge research being the most obvious example.

Ah sorry I misspoke about Starship; it's very much steel. Makes sense. Also makes you wonder what BO's abandoned solution to that problem was for the last however many years before they gave up on Alu and switched.

labtec901

Do you know what their reasoning is for the switch? Falcon manages to get away with aluminum for 1st stage reusability, and the main reasoning for Starship being Alu is orbital reentry + ease of manufacture compared to composites.

Is not having a reentry burn for the 1st stage worth 730 mil?

If you do really have to go, I agree you shouldn't ask the professor. The different experience I seem to have with all the people responding to my original comment is about people's ability to go to the bathroom before class if they need to, or hold it until the end of class if they get the urge during.

labtec901

Yeah I don't mean to criticize anyone for something that is out of their control, and to quote the comment below me, shit does happen. However, my original point that's encountered such an unexpected disagreement is that the vast majority of people should be able to plan around a 50 or 75 minute period of time where they have to stay seated. Three hour labs would be another story imo.

labtec901

I did not intend to insult anyone but I've edited my comment to remove that part.

labtec901

Go to the bathroom before or after class.

If for whatever reason that really isn't an option, it's probably worth the minor interruption to get back to class. That said, it should pretty much never happen.

Well that's some super cool stuff right there.

I was wary about Mark at first, and refused to click his videos for the longest time because the titles and thumbnails always reeked of low quality clickbait. Eventually I gave in though and the content does not disappoint. Similar to Linus Tech Tips in that way imo.

labtec901

I love this

labtec901

Well maybe since we're so far in now.

labtec901

That has nothing to do with what I said.

Air pressure inside subs is sea level, even at depth.

I don't know, but I do know that calling them those things (doesn't even matter how true or not they are) is what both divides liberal vs. conservatives even further, and ends in people voting out of spite. It got us Trump, and while it could work the other way (libtards, etc), it doesn't seem to be.
