Only problem with Barcelona is the Catalans. The city is beautiful, but the locals will make you hate it.

If you’re buying to rent, Barcelona is probably better ROI but the rules and local hatred for foreign investment means you’re better off elsewhere.

Does it have to be specifically Barcelona? The Spanish coast is huge, and frankly Barcelona city has the ugliest coast out of all of Spain
