If it only has 3 wires you’ll have to rewire as there would be 2 hots and a ground. But ya don’t have to pull new wire just have an electrician move them around in the panel and install a new outlet and breaker

I used to buy em for the easy no questions asked warranty but that’s impossible to do these days

Definitely go to a doctor you had electricity pass through your heart which could throw off your hearts rythm. I’ve heard of people being completely fine then just falling out dead 3 days later from these kinds of shocks
