Depends on your needs. What specifically are you looking for?
listgarage1
Because that's not how anything in the world works.

I don't know if you have watched him recently. I would say his early YouTube videos seemed like the would be geared toward a male audience, but his podcast was heavily geared toward celebrity gossip and I can totally see that being majority women.

Just open one. There are plenty of free options and will make it much easier on you the sooner your business expenses are separate from your personal account.

I have looked at Rillet in the past and in my opinion they are not trying to directly compete with QBO except for maybe Intuit Enterprise. They are marketing themselves as an alternative to othe ERP systems, not small business bookkeeping software
Their website doesn't even have pricing, which is typical for ERP software because setting it up is a much more custom process than using something like QBO, Xero, or other similar software. But if you run a small business you probably would be turned off right away by that because you have to schedule a demo and meet with the company to even begin to understand how much it is going to cost you
As an accountant I have no way of using it or trying it out without scheduling a demo or until I get my first client that already uses it and is willing to hire someone that is not familiar with their accounting software, so it will never be recommended by me until it reaches enough popularity that it can't be avoided. It looks great, but who really knows. Everyone hates QuickBooks. Its annoying but I would also recommend it or one of the similar alternatives because they are accessible to most people and every software will have some form of integration with it.

I don't think they are talking about the balance sheet balancing. They are saying when they are reconcling an account if it matches the documentation, they do not go through line by line to check that every single entry matches or whatever. It is not the same as checking if the balance sheet balances. Whethere its a bad practice or not I would say depends on a number of different factors.

I honestly wasn't aware of him actually claiming he was a physician. I just assumed they were doing it because he at some point refered to himself as a doctor like they did Jill Biden.
And yes by "call themselves" I mean choose to use the title. There are also a lot of people that don't do that because it can be weird to call yourself a doctor when you have any random PhD but it's not unusual.
listgarage1
It's not the same because there are tons of people with any for of PhDs that call themselves doctor.
Nobody calls themselves a lawyer just because they went to law school.

I don't know how stupid you have to be to think this is a real quote. No matter how much you hate him do people think he talks like a zoomer?
listgarage1
Also I am assuming the cousin marriage statistic if true would be 61% of married people not 61% of all people in Pakistan are married to a first cousin.
So saying you are more likely to do that than have a job seems like a really bad reading of the statistics.

I thought he was trying to limbo underneath them to get in

You should be moved off of this pretty easily because stock based compensation is taxed as ordinary income (at least in the US which is what I am assuming you are talking about) and I'm not sure what led you to believe it is not.

There is software taht does this and integrates with accounting software. I would advise against basing your choice of accounting software based off of one single thing you need. You might be able to find it, but then you will be overlooking if it can do all the other bookkeeping tasks you are looking for.
Instead you should be looking for a bookkinging software that integrates well with the types of tools you need to solve these problems. In your case this is likely quickbooks, but there will not be something within quickbooks that solves your problem. The most popular suggestion for your particular issue is A2X.
Another thing that will be very helpful is using clearing accounts for the payouts if you are already not doing so. These will help keep things organized and easier to reconcile.
Depending on your volume having a bookkeeper that understands this reconciliation process. What you are describing is a common area of difficulty in bookkeeping for ecommerce and having someone that understands the bookkeeping can be helpful and save you a lot of stress

Zoho books has a free tier which I have found pretty useful. I think it's the best free option I've worked with.

Oh I was under the impression that this still might be a scam. So you are telling me this is in fact what happened? I wonder what in the someone has to have going on in their life to do something like this.
listgarage1
Do you have someone reconciling your bank accounts every month? This should be pretty easy to catch because you should have mystery payments showing up. If they are just uncritically being booked to income or something than that's a bookkeeping problem. Although I suspect this is some sort of scam. Because I don't see how this could happen
Same with not cashing checks. Someone should be checking these regularly and see that this employee is not cashing their paychecks. How does someone not cash their paychecks? Did they really just not need the money that badly?

As someone else commented you got the right idea. The only further advice I would give is push to get them to stop doing this. It can turn into an AP nightmare never being able to trust if the open bills have been paid or not. Even if you handle this perfectly on your end. You will end up with a vendor that misapplies payments and creates a mess because the payment they received was not for the company that they billed.
If one company does not have the cash to cover the bills, it would be a much better practice to transfer the cash and pay the bills out of the correct company. Very easy to keep track of. Company A loans cash, record the loan. on both ends done. Pay the bills out of the correct company. Invoices are closed correctly, and everything is clean and remittances actually have useful information.

There are? You have to be an EA or CPA to represent someone to the IRS. A licenses isn't going to stop a scammer from keeping your money.

I own a Sillhouette Portrait and if you are interested in learning it, then I would say it is worth it. There is a bit of a learning curve making sure everything is lined up properly and making sure to get your die lines placed correctly. I use the illustrator plugin which is nice. For cost savings you really cant beat it. I print stickers that look on par with what I would get if I paid from a printing service.
The savings come from low quantities. If I only want to run a few stickers I use about 20 cents in materials. If I wanted to get this price from a place like sticker mule i would have to buy in bulk in the hundreds to get to that unit cost. To buy a set of 50 die cut stickers (the lowest quantity offered) it is $1.20 per sticker. If I want to try something that I have no idea will sell I can't just buy 50 of them and hope for the best. With my Silhouette I can print one offs, post them to etsy and if it never sells I am only out 20 cents. I dont have to sit on inventory. I can print and cut them at any time so I really only need to print one sticker for photos and then print on demand.
This is just for stickers so I am assuming you would get much more use out of it than I do as well. So the trade off from outsourcing is your time. Even then I would still probably recommend one so you can experiment and test the items before committing to outsourced pricing and then outsource your best sellers to save you time.
I have to say watching the machine cut out stickers and seeing your own creating get cut out and turned into a final product is much more fullfilling than ordering it online. I love seeing something I came up with in my brain turn into a die cut sticker right in front of me.
So this was a long answer to say yes you should get one. It can be way more rewarding and much more paractical.

Even if you do have an LLC, the LLC will not be paying taxes. The taxes will flow through to your personal income taxes anyways. Your LLC will be a disregaurded entity in the eyes of the IRS and you would be reporting the total income your LLC made + total income under your name or all income under your name if you do not start the LLC this year.
Starting an single member LLC for tax reasons is pointless because it will change nothing. If you just want to do it to get it over with, go ahead, I dont see how it would negatively impact you, but your taxes should remain identical no matter what you decide to do.

I don't think this is what winning looks like lmao
But I forgot we are going with you actually are this dumb
The punchline was "we have so many orders to fill we are getting distracted"
Now that you know I'm sure you are satisfied and just admit that you didn't like the joke and instead of just saying that you just pretended like it didn't make sense for some reason.
listgarage1
Mhm you got me
listgarage1
I could but I don't know if you have the capacity to understand an explanation. I think I gave you enough for you to figure it out on your own. You can do it!

His stand up is way better than his acting to me
This is the first time I've commented?
