We are a very friendly, two-day raiding guild that focuses on progression and a good guild atmosphere both inside and outside of raid. Since we only raid two days a week, we expect all players to be well educated on fights and to check discord for strategy updates. There are always people on discord to run dungeons outside of raids. I recently upgraded 340 helm and chest for 370 pieces. In the process I dropped two autumn leaves and picked up two laser matrix, I just was wondering if the base stats alone were worth the switch? My shoulders have archive on them so I’m good there.

Also wondering if we have a cap on haste, raid buffed w personal food I’m around 26% haste right now, mastery is at 13% tied with crit and my vers is only around 3%. Will changing my secondary stats help out with my hps.

I’m a 358 resto Druid, 8/8 normal 4/8 heroic, (hopefully more tonight). I have AL in all 3 of my Azerite pieces. and since last week I’ve learned to toss out more rejuvs as opposed to spamming regrowth and my hps went up. Is there a cut off for the number of people flourish will have an effect on or is it everyone with rejuv? Also I’m not sure my hps are where they should be and I’m wondering if it could be a stat priority issue.

Another thing... I got a 355 Azerite helm off the world boss last night but it has the swift mend trait and not AL. Would the stats alone be worth swapping out or is it essentially useless with out AL on it in a raid scenario. Our group is usually 20+

Completed a +10 Tol Dagor last night in an hour and 40 minutes. The first boss was honestly the hardest because of the adds she spawns and the necrotic stacks.
