It just occurred to me that this is part of an ongoing theme of Claire feeling that everything just comes easy to Fleabag. To the point that even her farts smell good. Later on Claire uses Fleabag's joke much to her consternation.

Like during their mother's funeral Fleabag just looked effortlessly Chic no matter what she did to her face and hair.
