Hey friend, when you relapse you aren't some deadbeat addict getting their fifth fix for the day. You're a majorally sober (or at least acutely clean if it's only one substance / not a substance) person who fell off the wagon. This time, using was a small drop of black dye in a clear sea, as opposed to fully black waters. Don't feel bad, relapsing isn't moving backwards. Going as long as you did without using is a huge step forward! Think of it in bouts of time. Each period of non-use ending with a relapse is one chunk. Just try to beat your score this next time. If you fully quit that's amazing! If you relapse even further down the line but keep trying, that's also amazing! Relapsing doesn't mean you're weaker than your addiction, you can't "relapse" unless you're trying to quit, and that effort means you're stronger than your addiction.
