IMO, one of the better crit builds on OH is the Shaman Vulture Top and the DE.50 Jaws pistol. I am only sitting on 35.9% crit rate with crit and unstable bomber specific mods/1 weapon fully calibrated with double crit rate perks. (has to be crit rate. not crit dmg)

The Shaman Top triggers after unstable bomber, increasing your crit rate by 35% for 3s, refreshes with every bomber proc which typically occurs every 2 shots after it gets rolling. Just tested on the dummy and my crit rate went up to 70.9%.

*After further testing, Lonewolf Armor set (4 pieces) gets my crit rate up to 78.9% after reloading for 2 seconds as well.

Add energy cells. I know this is a late reply, but for some reason every time I opened my main controller cube (Hollow 7x7) It would drain for some reason. Adding a dense energy cell as a buffer attached to the controller seemed to fix the issue for me. Could go for an even greater energy cell if need be.

Ran into this issue. Did all the config changes and /ftbteams allow fake player thing. Turns out the reason it wasnt working for me was as followed.

The activator module was set to blacklist empty>right click. The watering can needs to click a block to activate. After setting my activator module to down (where a block entity is) it started watering my crops!

Firefox should allow you to install extensions on mobile. Not entirely sure on the functionality though for this specific case.
