This is very reductive. There are many people in the business that will vibe-code something to help with their current work. They can also vibe-code some prototypes and pass it on to the devs.
Coding is not their craft but they can vibe-code stuff that makes it easier for them to do their current job.
malcolmrey
As you said, the clients can already do it so there is nothing you can do about it.
However, not every client can do it; many clients can just open webbrowser, but they don't know anything else about computers. They won't magically start vibe-coding and deploying their apps.
malcolmrey
But if they are not active, why would they care? Now it looks like they don't care about the community :(
malcolmrey
the change is only in metadata, for civitai i had to strip the triggers from it
the content is the same :)
malcolmrey
If/when something changes and I would move on. I would just simply leave my models there. I don't understand this need to delete the stuff you spent a lot of time on and people found it useful.

But you seem absolutely determined to prove AD is better
The thing is: we are debating not which one is better. I do not argue that AD is better. I am arguing that specific aspect of how they made the jokes there is better.
Also, we are not debating if the jokes are better or not, because that is mostly subjective. We are talking about how they structured the jokes.
but I don’t personally agree.
But there is nothing to personally agree.
It is as if someone stated that there are some buildings with many floors. Someone then said that skyscrapers are good example of that. Then you are saying that villas are better. And then I enter and say that skyscrapers indeed have more floors that villas. And then you say that you prefer villas. Fine, you can prefer villas but you cannot argue that villas have less floors.
I will say it one more time: we are not arguing which show is better but which show had more complex structure of jokes.
I gave you examples (foreshadowing jokes - jokes for which seeds are planted multiple episodes earlier; multiple references and jokes that are recurring; jokes that happen in the second planeview, while the first planeview has the major joke; jokes that specific group of people could understand (inside jokes?)) and when you disagreed I simply asked for you to provide counterarguments to which you didnt even bother.
I gave you a link to a site and a youtube video. Mere fact that those kind of materials exists point to the fact that there are multiple people thinking that the AD jokes are more complex than in a typical show.
malcolmrey
the "mossSerenity_v10" is automatically renamed based on the title i believe.
This is still Serenity 1.0 but it's v6 on the iteration, or maybe I just should keep the steps for now (210k) and once it is fully trained just say 1.0?
malcolmrey
Why are you so bent on this stance?
It may be that 30 Rock could be better show overall (AD had 3 strong seasons and 2 bad ones, so as a whole it drags down).
But the complexity of layering is non negotiable. There is a reason why you had to have better attention span to watch that show compared to others.
At this point I'm thinking you are just trolling me, but if not - here is a much better way of showing what the OP meant about layering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sh3s_Bgf3cQ
malcolmrey
I watched it, this is why I told you that AD has more layered structure of the jokes.
There were hints of specific situations several episode earlier and the payoff to that was in like 10 episodes after that. 30 Rock never did such a thing.
malcolmrey
He said finetuning :)
Finetuning is when you train and affect the whole base model.
You train together on each dataset with its own trigger and then you can have multiple people in your model no problem.
I'm actually doing this but for Moss ( https://imgur.com/a/serenity-v6-210k-MpbKbtO )
malcolmrey
:)
I'll rephrase then, please share an example. I already listed a full page of those jokes for AD
malcolmrey
Is english not your first language?
I asked you to provide an example :)
malcolmrey
Could you give an example of foreshadowing joke from 30 Rock?
malcolmrey
Yeah but it is not about which show you like more, it was about which show took the layering of the jokes to the next level.
malcolmrey
Can you give some examples?
They had some recurring jokes but that was it, pretty much jokes didn't leave their own episodes.
For AD people had to make a site to keep track of all the jokes: https://apps.npr.org/arrested-development/
After a rewatch I was surprised how many foreshadowing of the jokes it had. You watch something for the first time and you think it is just a regular scene, but then you watch it later the second time and see "oh wow, this will be referenced in some episodes down the line".
Another thing that I was noticing were the jokes in the background. You have your regular scene and a joke or whatever but there is something funny that happens in the background. Many of those I only picked up on subsequent rewatch.
Don't get me wrong, 30 Rock was great (as was Community) but they are nowhere near the layering and depthness of the jokes (but I would say that Community has a second spot)

Lora is the extraction of Serenity agains the BASE Moss
so, base moss + lora = serenity
the 256x at least show pretty much no difference between base+lora vs serenity
the lower loras are smaller but also the differences are more visible
as for Kromoss, someone was testing and it worked for them.
Kromoss has this DMD turbo lora, I assume you are using it too, right?
Check how many steps and what cfg you have.
malcolmrey
thank you very much! :)
and it is not the final version :)
malcolmrey
Thank you :-)
It is not easy but it gives me joy and energy knowing that others had nice time with it :)
malcolmrey
not right now as i don't have such datasets, but never say never :)
malcolmrey
it is, check the HF page :)
malcolmrey
Good question actually. It depends on a person and I feel like for some it is better, but not for all.
The thing with the finetune is that I have to constantly juggle repeats to make sure nobody is overtrained and undertrained and adding more images to the dataset changes ratios.
This is why before the next training I have to generate for everyone a couple of photos and grade them (I use centroids for that) so that I can get reliable info if someone drifted in the meantime.
malcolmrey
Well, that's a bit reductive, cause it is both, the real photos boost the quality of the human generations in general and they are just a part of the set.
And before doing that I had a chat with the owner and told about the model, its dataset and asked if it is fine to post it.
So, nothing is under the radar. I obviously was asked not to use them in the samples, but the rest was fine.
malcolmrey
You are most welcome!
Check the huggingface link for all the details about this model :)
malcolmrey
You are too kind :)
Thanks!
This.
If you make several subpages and you care about how they look (you really don't for internal stuff that will be replaces a week or two from now) - you just create design system / story book and make the app abide by it. Simple rule to always use story book components. It is a no brainer :)
