Except for the bad skin and disk issue libido, I have literally the exact same stuff going on. Keto fixed and helped out a lot for me, but I can only speak for myslef. I'm no longer on keto and the inflammation came back, but I'm going to assume everything else was fixed by just losing weight.

I'm a former college football player and when i started keto I was 6'3 319 lbs. Started in August way back when and by June of the next year I was 255 and looked amazing. Like any diet is all about activity and calorie deficit.

You have to really plan it out and have a flexible schedule. I wake up at 3 30 for to get to work at 5, work out for 40 min sometime during the day when I have a break. Eat lunch at a weird time. Leave work at 4 15. Go home and make a giant meal to have the next couple of days. Play some video games or watch TV. Go to bed at 8 30.

Is this an all male sandwich shop?

Yes

manbot71

Wait, what's the bottom one?

The more active you are during the day the better. Strength training doesnt burn a lot of calories but being stronger makes your body burn more calories over time. Stay active (10k or more steps a day) and be in a caloric deficit. Keto will make you feel good at the start, but it will all be water weight. That said I had huge success on keto but I will warn you its not for everyone and hard to sustain. Just cut your portions and cut your calories. Google caloric deficit calculator and that should give you an idea of where you should start. Be reasonable though, the more calories you cut the harder it will be to maintain.

I work in an inner city school, and most of the kids can read. The problem is they are functionally illiterate. Thats a growing problem with adults in this country as well. I believe its at like 28%. So there has been a massive problem with the education system in this country for about 2 decades.

Yes. Genetics plus caloric surplus is probably the cause. The other causes would probably be worth going to the doctor. Like if his fingers or ankles are swelling.

More than likely its just slower metabolism with age and taking in too many calories, and due to his genetics he is making himself a nice round tummy.

My first time DMing was Hoard of the Dragon Queen. I really enjoyed it. I would suggest modifying all the travel though
