Glad to see the community pitched in and helped you with your problem.
Why are you repairing an old VCR? For fun or are you actually watching old VCR tapes?

Is it rust? Some people use a metal corner bead on outside corners so theyre more resistant to chipping but the metal can rust if exposed to moisture.

Golfing and downhill skiing always stood out as very expensive hobbies. Even if you own all your own gear you're on the hook for green fees (or lift passes) every single time. They are lauded as being very popular and social activities.
Hiking, hunting, fishing, music, and other activities seem cheaper to me in the long run where your ongoing expenses are low.

No problems this month but previously we did. Twice this year our order has been lost or cancelled when the system crashes. Another two times I've been messaged by the driver that they've been waiting 30+ minutes and the order has not been released to them. It's not a perfect system, but I'd say 95% of the time it works pretty well.

Some charities, businesses, and employers will match your donation so double check before sending it in. My employer will match dollar for dollar up to $10k/year for charity donations.

Dry the filament to fix the stringing.
The supports on this model are ridiculous. I think it a thatched or tile roofed cottage? I'd suggest simplifying the roof to take out the need for supports, split the model into multiple pieces and print separately, allow on-object (off plate) supports, or try printing it in another orientation like upside down.

How well does it roll? Or is it just a show piece?

I buy or borrow used physical books. I like the tactile feel and heft of the book. I do enjoy the convenience of a bigger library and instant dictionary of an ebook reader but I still prefer the physical book.

Nice! I still do mindless midnight sessions of either social media, indie game, or retirement planning. Someday I'll catch up on all this sleep I'm missing.

Good; thanks for asking! I've been learning to do sourdough. It takes a few batches to get the hang of it and how your starter performs at your kitchen temperature, but it's pretty easy after that.
I just did a croissant cheese bread variation over the weekend that turned out great. I'll admit it was a social media recipe that I saw on my feed now that the algorithm is showing me all things sourdough related :P
I also have a decent gluten free yeast bread I do in the bread maker that my wife likes.

Kids. There is no free time.
I make time to go hunt, fish, garden, bake bread, learn banjo, maintain my house, maintain rental properties, manage finances, maintain cars, etc. etc...

They're using $5k in Festool tools but then freehand the center hole? Why not use a drill press? Fingers are in unsafe positions using that miter saw.
Overall the process and video are ok.

It's actually a conflict of interest for her to represent both sides and double end the deal. You have sign off on the conflict and the lack of proper representation when you do this. I've done this to negotiate a discount for part of the buyers commission but you have to represent yourself.
Unless you signed a representation agreement with a realtor you are not committed to them. They are trying to trick you to pocket the full buyers and sellers commission.

Third this. Chris does good work for a reasonable upfront price. https://tankkingplumbing.com/prices/
$1850 for a 50 gallon tank.
Only issue might be timing; it's a one man crew so he might be booked up.

Sorry to hear about the cake. In addition to using an extension cord as others suggested, you might consider a sink cover to add more counter space. It's a wooden or countertop material thats sized to cover or drop into the sink and add extra countertop space.
They also sell sink hole plugs that can cover that unused faucet hole so water or other things dont fall into it.

It's multi stage. The collar buzzes first then scales up to shocks as they get closer to the fence.

I don't know what you'd use it for, but I imagine you could get GPS tracking on every single cow. Maybe you select for more sedentary cows that waste less calories?

Actually my friend is telling me he's upgrading to collars and virtual geo fences later this year! The future is now.

I've never seen this style with the rolling posts. Looks like it works great on flat ground.
A buddy of mine uses a temporary electric fence to move/target cattle feeding but has to move 50+ temporary staked posts every time. He's in the foothills so these spoked wheel posts would roll away downhill.
FYI: one reason for fencing in cows to a small patch is to encourage them to eat everything edible. If you let them free range the entire property they just eat the tastiest vegetation and the less desirable weeds don't get eaten back and spread/takeover. Moving the cows around to small patches let's you get more calories out of each acre and have more cows, but it's more work moving them every few days.

We have 3 different white noise machines and all of them have options to stay on all night. Maybe skip the ones targeted at kids that have weird options?
Color noise cwn-p1 works great and is $20. https://www.amazon.ca/ColourNoise-Machines-Soothing-Portable-Office-Black/dp/B09DX8P4D7

Check the date of manufacture on the tag. It could be under warranty. Otherwise any water heater over 8 years old is past it's service life and may have already rusted through.
Only DIY fixes are if the overpressure valve or drain valve are leaking; they can be replaced for $10-20.
Please add "cameras" to your description.
Devil's advocate: You don't need cameras. I have insurance to cover theft, fire, etc.. I have neighbors that would call me if something crazy was happening. Delivery companies keep their own recordings and have delivery failure/theft resolution systems. Even if you do record something felonious, it seems like the cops can't use it half the time anyway ("it was a guy in a blue hoodie and COVID mask").
It's not worth the effort/cost to me. Put up cheap dummy cameras for $10 each.
