I agree with you. But that is so highly dependent. My closest hospital that would actually save this patient is 37 minutes away. 29 if I call a helicopter and our HELO WILL NOT transport someone in cardiac arrest if they are in CA when they get there. Im in the United States and at least in my area we have a plethora of hospitals but 75 to 80 percent are literally an ER that can maybe stabilize most calls.

Yeah surgical options which we can't perform on the roadside or in the field.......i.e theyre gonna be brain dead or just dead dead before they hit the surgical suite....if you get shot in the head or heart or neck youre dead if youre dead...I havs never ever heard of any protocol that in the field we would transport people in this format. If youre missing part of your head or you have a GSW to the chest and are dead. Youre not being transported. Edit:this is EMS if you have a Doctor on your unit that can and is willing to crack a chest on scene then thats their call. CPR is ineffective if you have no heart or lungs because the bullet zipped pieces of it off. Or no blood to circulate

To what the Torso? Maybe to the Arms/Legs? Yeah probably more often survivable then not surviable. Their is a reason its generally the flow is that if theyre dead from a penetrating trauma to the Head/Neck/Chest they are DOA. Unless they die right in front of you would that change that
mcramhemi
Clean as hell. Also that lower grayish line is something I rarely see, really adds to the contrast
mcramhemi
This by definition is a Traumatic Arrest by Penetrating Trauma. I.e they are DOA.....any Traumatic injury aside from some key incidents are generally not survivable unless you die literally in a operation theater infront of a Trauma surgeon

Ordered one rn thank you!

I did notice the gas pedal looked funny or low. Is this actually a problem and not a feature?
mcramhemi
For 26 years old this thing is unbelievably clean. Hoping to get my 93 looking this good again
mcramhemi
What about the 1998 ranger specifically is appealing to you compared to say a 1999?
mcramhemi
With these swaps its all about make stuff fit. I would obviously remove the entire 4.0 wiring harness first neat a nice because you'll need it and thats where I start with swaps. That way you can tidy up any tears etc. Then remove and swap as necessary routing wires and such itll make the plug and play so much easier

Guy is proud of what he did...?. Its his vehicle, his medals, and its the interior
mcramhemi
You clearly just dont understand how things work I guess.....THEIR STATE PROTOCOLS STATE THEY DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE PEOPLE WHEREVER THEY WANNA GO. At no time did he say he forces people into going to closer hospitals. Do you actually work an EMS? There really isn't a way you don't comprehend people hospital shopping is massively detrimental to operations. I.e Units avaliable, windshield time, crew fatigue to name some

I would instantly order one of those holsters for my DY9 if it came with the option for Light bearing.
mcramhemi
This has to be the funniest delusion I've ever seen
mcramhemi
This does help, im getting it repainted and will need to order new lights. Thank you
mcramhemi
Really? I for some reason thought year would matter. Thank you!

Pulled the Blundergat out
mcramhemi
Because airplanes sit in a hangar but rapid deployment aircraft sit in an open style hangar not great to have High explosives sitting literally just out here. That's how a tank got stolen an driven through LA
mcramhemi
Nice drawing but it looks like the lift has a 🪃 boomerang attached lol. Am EMS ans everytime Ive seen a staff use a Hoyer its legs are splayed out for maximum stability

As an Intermediate Emergency Medical Technician....
Imagine that timeline....see DJT selling food on side of road and being a genuinely good person. Inconceivable lol
