The strongest case against NHI and UFOs visiting the earth is the 'evidence' posted daily on this sub. It really made me doubt every other historical case after seeing how people today are so easily mistaken.

I think you're holding people of authority(ie pilots) to too high of a regard when it comes to this. As we've both seen, they are also totally susceptible to mistaking things.
