NAD but I was a CNA and Nursing student and 425lb smoker and your feet look like this at 26? Like one of the comments said, to put it bluntly you’re killing yourself very quickly. I’d recommend starting healthier eating, exercising, some bloodwork to see where your vitamin levels are, and try nicotine patches or gum to slowly quit. The nicotine will still have effects but your lungs will thank you.
