My Series 9 on 27.2 beta RC2 uses 15-20% overnight.

You’ll have to wait for 27.2 next week. Once the RC is released it’s not possible to download the beta firmware.

With the updated RC from Friday I cannot see any Strava widgets on my Series 9 after installing the app.

Touch the three bars in the address bar then select translate (iOS 27)

Although you said you didn’t like it, step count from your phone is only available in the Health app. There is no Health widget for steps. Try searching the App Store for pedometer apps.

Another thing to try is to turn on sync immediately for today in Settings, Apps, Photos.

Kudos for being able to read MAC addresses again! I’m on the 27.2 beta and reported devices look good on my iPhone except iPhones are listed as “Apple / iPhone”. I will try again next week when 27.2 officially launches.

Open the Watch app on your iPhone. Go to Apps, Sleep and toggle on Charging Reminders.

Thanks, I never knew that. It might explain some peculiar behaviour in an app when I had French and English set.

AFAIK there isn’t an Apple widget that displays steps. The Series 12 has a steps complication though.

After launching the Vitals widget, touch the Summary tab at the top of the screen. Your step count will be displayed on the summary page.

Works like it should for me.

I’ve been on iOS 27 since June. Betas had fewer issues than iOS 26. Overall satisfied with performance on my 15 PM. Many small improvements and tweaks. Currently on the 27.2 beta for the new Health features.

My 15 PM is still taking great photos.

Siri response improved dramatically with watchOS 27.2 beta 3 released on Monday. The official 27.2 release is coming before the end of October.

You can use Quick Start and either transfer all the contents of your old phone or download from iCloud.
